Summary:                    Tone Dial Fails After Sleep
Description: 
After an analog phone was not used for a while first number dialed fails
due to incorrect DTMF detection. If the same number is redialed immediately
after the failure the call goes through with no problems.

Tested on Panasonic KX-T3175 and on Panasonic KX-TGA4000.
