The changes made in rev 315894 to fix issue 18951 (for 1.8) are not
included in the 1.8.4 bits. Manually patching 1.8.4 (chan_sip.c and
reqresp_parser.c) seems to fix the registration issue. (Tested the patch in
a different installation from where I had the original problem. Can only
verify that one tomorrow.)

So how come the patch didn't make it into 1.8.4? Makes one wonder what
else may be missing.
