Summary:                    Dialing dial(sip/) with emtpy parameter gives strage
results
Description: 
Trying to dial to a chan_sip channel with an empty parameter, like

dial(sip/)

lets the dialplan stop working. I would assume getting an error message
and continuing with the next line.

I believe Russell may have fixed this the other day. Please test latest 1.8
branch.
