Summary:                    [patch] Voicemail normalization
Description: 
volgain can be used to increase the volume of voicemail messages sent over
email, but it increases the volume uniformly across all messages so a loud
message gets even louder.

The attached patch (against svn trunk) adds a "volheadroom" option that
uses sox to normalize voicemail messages sent over email to leave only the
specified amount of headroom. This should leave all voicemail messages very
close to the same volume.

Our current configuration uses "volheadroom=-0.5".
