Summary:                    Asterisk locks up at times and calls don't go
through
Description: 
Asterisk Version: Asterisk SVN-trunk-r315260M
Asterisk Randomly locks up and when trying to reload asterisk, it came up
with "Previous reload didn't finish yet".

Existing calls are maintained however new calls don't go through.
Backtrack and full log is attached.
