Summary: [patch] Unregister a realtime moh class
Description:
The attached patch (against svn trunk) allows a realtime moh class to be
unregistered from the command line. We use this when we know that the
contents of a directory referenced by a realtime moh class have changed.
The realtime moh class is then reloaded on the next request and uses the
new directory contents.
