Summary:                    IAX2 queue member Unknow instead of Not in Use
Description: 
I'm seeing iax2 realtime queue members in state Unkown instead of not in
use, if the status change to ringing or in use the state in queue show is
ok, but when it hangs up the state is unknown again, I'm not sure if is the
channel driver reporting wrong or the queue app.

I'm still patching every instalations with this patch working ok, any idea
why is not commited?
