Summary:                    crash on 1.8.4-rc2 with agi + swift
Description: 
I cannot reproduce it consistently, but Asterisk 1.8.4-rc2 crashes after
launching my weather AGI and tries to read it aloud via swift.

backtrace2 shows asterisk crashing /before/ swift is involved - must have
something to do with the AGI response handling.
