Summary:                    Occasional SIP deadlock in 1.8.4-rc2
Description: 
Have had 1.8.4-rc2 have SIP communication freeze several times.  

It does not appear to be related to
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=18837 , in fact this patch appears
to have solved the transfer deadlock.  Backtraces and locks look similar to
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=18823
