To update anyone who is 'monitoring' this issue.
Over the last few weeks, I've had no problems since my out of sync issues
were resolved following linux updates, and taking a very pragmatic approach
to fedora and asterisk updates. Following any updates, a full shutdown
and cold startup performed followed by a test call to check on the
mixmonitor files.
Until today, everything has been ok.
On 4th March at 7:47 i installed the latest DAHDI 2.4.1 (both Linux and
tools), and shutdown/restart/test call and all was ok.
I've been using the SVN versions of asterisk for the last week, and
everything has been ok; at 08:26 i took the SVN 309676, and followed the
usual process and everything was ok.
At 17:20 i took fedora updates :
augeas-libs i686 0.8.0-1.fc14 updates
301 k
graphviz i686 2.26.3-2.fc14 updates
970 k
libpurple i686 2.7.10-1.fc14 updates
6.2 M
and again, everything was ok.
I made/received a number of calls after then, and all mixmonitor files are
ok.
Then, between a space of 10 mins, withing nothing occuring, an incoming
call now contains 'out of sync' in/out channels.
So am completely dumbfounded now !
