Summary: ast_dsp_process logs a error about inband DTMF on
faxdetect shut it up
Description:
when faxdetect is enabled a error is logged for every call even when the
sip device will switch to G711/T.38 on
fax detect this supressess the warnings unless they valid.

FAX will only work with G711 so these warnings on voice calls are
pointless.
