Summary:                    [PATCH]  Adds astsounddir configuration option.
Description: 
I found myself needing to modify the location of the sounds directory out
from /var/lib/asterisk/sounds.  This patch allows you to define astsounddir
in asterisk.conf.

You'll have to re-license this code away from GPLv3 for it to be accepted.
I think LGPL is fine, but I don't think GPLv2/3 is compatible with
Asterisk's dual licensing.
