No subject

Tested on PGSQL CDR database and CVS CDR.
This happened only for unanswered calls.
In queue.log this calls presents.

I think you'll need to provide the same console output with debug level
logging (enable 'debug' in logger.conf).

Also I'd be curious what (if anything) is being written to postgresql.
Sometimes the SQL can just get rejected from the database due to table
misconfiguration so I'd want to see if that is happening.

Other than that I'm not sure what else to ask for.
