Summary:                    Caller ID is not stored or shown when calling from
dahdi extension.
Description: 
I have had this setup with Asterisk 1.6.2.9, 1.6.2.16, 1.6.2.16.1, and
1.8.2.2.  None of them show the Caller ID when calling from a dahdi
extension.  And when showing the dahdi channel at the CLI, it doesn't show
there is a Caller ID.

What hardware are you using?  Can you describe again what you have
connected to what?  Your report is against DAHDI 2.4.0.  Is this issue the
same when using older versions?
