Summary:                    Add support for NetBSD/Solaris style atomic
operations.
Description: 
This is a patch to add the atomic operations as implemented on NetBSD. 
NetBSD's atomic operations are derived from Solaris atomic operations and
should be compatible with them.  I have been running with this patch for a
couple of years now starting with Asterisk 1.6, and have not seen any
problems.  I have been using this with NetBSD 5.x and -current.  I haven't
been able to test it against Solaris.
