Avaya with Asterisk 1.8.1.1
Description: 
1. Upgraded to Asterisk 1.8.1.1 from Asterisk 1.6.2.15.

2. All outgoing calls started to fail.

3. "ooh323 show" was not recognized as a valid command. Auto-complete
worked though.

4 Rebooted the system.

I went ahead applied the patch and placed the incoming call with the same
settings. Observed the same 30 seconds disconnect. Please let me know if
you need the log and trace.

Returned h245tunneling to off, reloaded ooh323. That crashed asterisk.
That was quite unexpected.  The log for the interrupted call is not
available as it is wiped out upon the Asterisk restart, sorry. Packet trace
was saved.

After the Asterisk returned back placed a test incoming call. Sound was
present, 30 second disconnect did not occur as expected.

Unfortunately, no difference in behavior. The call was interrupted at 16
minutes by Asterisk with Avaya following it at 17 minute mark with the
similar packet exchange.
