Summary: Audio pauses at the same time as rtcp report is
handled
Description:
While calling musiconhold() on an Asterisk server, RTP is paused at the
same time as RTCP is processed.

- Install Asterisk 1.4
- Set RTP frequency in rtp.conf to 10 secs
- Turn on RTP debug

Feels like a locking bug or something similar
