Summary:                    [patch] OOH323 Incoming and Outgoing Calls Fail
Avaya with Asterisk 1.8.1.1
Description: 
1. Upgraded to Asterisk 1.8.1.1 from Asterisk 1.6.2.15.

2. All outgoing calls started to fail.

3. "ooh323 show" was not recognized as a valid command. Auto-complete
worked though.

4 Rebooted the system.

Vladimir,

Okay, i can suggest that there was some signalling is missing but i don't
have idea about what is missing except one. Some endpoints send openlogical
channels regardless they are opened by fast start and it's possible that
avaya have 16mins timeout for opening LC's but they aren't opened by
signalling because already by faststart.
For testing this suggestion you can disable faststart in ooh323 and place
call.
For this call logical channels will be opened by H.245 signalling.
