Avaya with Asterisk 1.8.1.1
Description: 
1. Upgraded to Asterisk 1.8.1.1 from Asterisk 1.6.2.15.

2. All outgoing calls started to fail.

3. "ooh323 show" was not recognized as a valid command. Auto-complete
worked though.

4 Rebooted the system.

Vladimir,

It's possible that 16 mins issue is related to keepalive settings on tcp
connection, i don't see other reason now. Signalling for this call is ok
and hangup reason there is aborted h.225 tcp connection from avaya. 

There are log records about it:
