Summary: Weird behavior on "h" extension
Description:
When hanging up a simple call, the "h" extension is executed twice.
When the caller Hangs Up, the behavior is normal, but when the callee
hangs up, the "h" extension is executed twice.
Using Asterisk 1.8.2
Reallized this behavior since Asterisk 1.6.2
