Summary: [patch] OOH323 Incoming and Outgoing Calls Fail
Avaya with Asterisk 1.8.1.1
Description:
1. Upgraded to Asterisk 1.8.1.1 from Asterisk 1.6.2.15.
2. All outgoing calls started to fail.
3. "ooh323 show" was not recognized as a valid command. Auto-complete
worked though.
4 Rebooted the system.

Vladimir, i think call hold/call forward crash is subject for another issue
also. I don't touch this part of original codes only for succesfull
compilation.
I can simple drop this part of codes then hold/forward functions must be
proccessed on Avaya side only but we can try to implement this functions
on asterisk.
Unfortunately i don't have any pbx which can interconnect by h.323 and
can't make this without help from other people.
For this issue i can delete call of hold/forward functions and we will
solve this crash.
