Description: 
Hi,

If you have SIP -> Asterisk/SS7 -> PSTN and the called party hangs up the
phone, if the other end of the link (aka the telco that Asterisk is
connected to) sends the hang up with an additional parameter asterisk does
not pass along the hang up to the SIP device. Below is the output that we
see in the Asterisk console.

I tried looking for mattf on irc but it seems that we are never on line at
the same time.

Hi,

I closed this since it was a mistake on my end. The carrier sent a suspend
and Asterisk waited for the hangup. It would be useful to have a setting
where if we get a suspend from the carrier there should be an option when
to send a hang up to the carrier.
