Avaya with Asterisk 1.8.1.1
Description: 
1. Upgraded to Asterisk 1.8.1.1 from Asterisk 1.6.2.15.

2. All outgoing calls started to fail.

3. "ooh323 show" was not recognized as a valid command. Auto-complete
worked though.

4 Rebooted the system.

I have experienced a disconnect of a fairly long incoming call. The call
was dropped at 16:22 per CDR log. The log is attached.

I am not sure but it may be related to that round trip request not being
processed by 00H323 you fixed some time ago. Maybe something else.

Garbage in the logs is still present, we will work on that after this
ticket is resolved.

Another observation. After the call was dropped I tried to redial the
number and experienced some problems which looked like my call was
connecting to an existing call in progress , and I was hearing a
continuation of an "all circuits are busy" or an "extension not available"
announcements.  It looked like the original call was not torn down
completely. Or maybe it was another problem. Some of the attempts did not
go through at all.
