Summary:                    [patch] Adjusted source comment to real situation
about inheritance of a category or template in config files
Description: 
A config file for Asterisk is split up into categories.

According to the comment in the source (file: main/config.c) one category
can only inherit the content of another template category.

The current programming will inherit from any previous defined category or
template category.

This patch will adjust the source comment to the real (current by design)
situation.
