Summary:                    Audio problems in Meetme when DAHDI channel is
Monitored
Description: 
When a Monitor command is issued in the AMI or CLI on a PRI DAHDI channel
in a Meetme conference it immediately causes audio issues in the meetme
conference.

The audio issues can be described as ECHO/distortion/robotic sounds.

I'm not sure if this is related to 0016165 or not, but there is a chance
that they may be.
