that I do not understand how the system locale and the format dates. If I
set a variable in emaildateformat voicemail.conf might start writing in
English, if you do not expose it says in Russian, but sometimes it goes in
English and works until the moment until I change variable emaildateformat
and reload app_voicemail.so.
Somewhere stored value in what form to display the date??
