Summary: No audio on bridged channels
Description:
This actually happens on the current trunk version. 2.4.0 worked
correctly.
Calls from a phone or a line to Echo() work, but calls from phone to
phone, phone to line or line to phone are silent in both directions.

No problem (and sorry about that).
BTW...thanks for running trunk and opening the bug report...the goal is
definitely for trunk to be safe to run at all times.
