Summary:                    No audio on bridged channels
Description: 
This actually happens on the current trunk version. 2.4.0 worked
correctly.

Calls from a phone or a line to Echo() work, but calls from phone to
phone, phone to line or line to phone are silent in both directions.

I tried downgrading Asterisk first, then dahdi.
Yes, it's fixed again.
