Summary: Asterisk losing timezone if /etc/localtime is
changed
Description:
If removing /etc/localtime asterisk would catch this immediately and switch
to GMT (which is appropriate)

However, when fixing /etc/localtime asterisk won't check it anymore, and
will continue to act as in GMT, having consequences in logs/CDR/etc
