Summary:                    DNS Lookup blocking registration
Description: 
If the primary name server drops out, asterisk sits there and prints
constant WARNING[10401] chan_sip.c: Probably a DNS error for registration
to user at peer, trying REGISTER again (after 20 seconds) even though the
secondary name server is working perfectly fine. This seems to be the same
issue as:
