Description: 
Hi all,

I'm sending you patch containing new application app_faxgateway.c
("FaxGateway") which is able to mediate T30 to T38 and vice versa.
Feature is using spands library (I used spandsp-0.0.4pre18 and
spandsp-0.0.5pre4).

Tried VIP-157S I have.
T.38 implementation in this device is almost crap. 
Tried firmwares 2.0, 3.0, 3.02, 3.2
Fax sending over T.38 works in 3.0 and above, needs precise tuning of
sensitivity/volume levels to get fax passing through.
Fax receipt over T.38 doesn't work - no T.38 invite from VIP-157S.
Sometimes it issues invite (firmware 3.2), but still producing CNG in
parallel to T.30 session - no use.
Device is very buggy in relation to T.38 - useless.
