Summary:                    [patch] T38 gateway
Description: 
Hi all,

I'm sending you patch containing new application app_faxgateway.c
("FaxGateway") which is able to mediate T30 to T38 and vice versa.
Feature is using spands library (I used spandsp-0.0.4pre18 and
spandsp-0.0.5pre4).

My setup is:

Fax <-> ATA1 (D-Link DVG-5008S) <-> asterisk 1.4.21 with udptl <->
asterisk 1.4.21 with udptl <-> asterisk 1.6.13 No 1 <-> Kapanga Softphone

To realize normal functions (t.38 gatewaying + transfer and etc.) I had to
install second asterisk 1.6.13 No 2 and bind it to other SIP ports and use
it as 'intermediate' between caller and callee on asterisk 1.6.13 No 1
(through custom contexts of FreePBX).
This setup works quite stable after changes in patch mentioned above.
Connection between two Kapanga softphones also works well.
t.38<->t.30 gatewaying seems to be working also (I can hear CED when
calling from extension with t38pt_udptl=no to Kapanga's extension) - have
no physical access to the analog fax machine to test this function, will do
later.

Regarding Planet VIP-157s I have couple of them and will test them when I
will have a fax machine, but my past experience with small Planet ATAs is
very bad - they hangs, have problems with T.38 sessions between two ATAs
(Planet and non-Planet) etc. I was using VIP-156 and VIP-157s, most of
VIP-157S produces quite hard noise.
