Summary: Application ICES should support wideband audio
Description:
There should be a flag available in ICES application to support sending
wideband output (16khz or even more) to the icecast server. Currently,
output is given in traditional signed linear format (8hkz).

I assume that it should be trivial to implement a flag for the ICES
application to change the output format going to be streamed.
