Summary:                    'confbridge list' and 'confbridge kick' CLI commands
Description: 
I want to use the confbridge list and kick commands. This is currently not
released in the current confbridge, but there is already a patch for it.

Can we add the patch from
https://issues.asterisk.org/bug_view_advanced_page.php?bug_id=14389 to the
actual trunk branche?
