Hi all,

I'm sending you patch containing new application app_faxgateway.c
("FaxGateway") which is able to mediate T30 to T38 and vice versa.
Feature is using spands library (I used spandsp-0.0.4pre18 and
spandsp-0.0.5pre4).

Having a similar problem to the one reported by dalepbx on
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=13405#119869 .

I am using a topology like:
Fax <-> ATA <-SIP-> Asterisk <-> Cisco <-> Asterisk <-SIP-> ATA <-> Fax

Note that both ATAs support T.38 and that the presented Asterisk is the
same and only machine. i.e. both faxes are contacted via different ATAs
that are clients to the Asterisk.

I turned udptl and channel debug on just like klaus said and the output is
on http://pastebin.com/Mn4WSXmq .

Quick notes about the pastebin (there were some values that had to be cut
off):
cisco-ip is representing the cisco IP
asterisk-ip is representing the Asterisk IP
receiver is the number for the receiving fax
sender is the number for the sending fax
from-pstn is the dialplan for the incoming calls
user_faxtest is the dialplan for the ougoing calls
