Summary:                    Annoying "Missing astribank_is_starting" at boot
Description: 
At boot time, when DAHDI is starting, there's the error message:
/usr/share/dahdi/waitfor_xpds: Missing astribank_is_starting
when you don't have an Astribank.
It seems not to be a problem, but it's annoying.

My humble and incomplete attempt at getting DAHDI compiling with no
modules...  https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=18467

I think that 90% of the users will have all the libraries and such.  This
topic and my ticket fall under the 10%.
