Summary: OOH323 Outgoing Calls Fail with Asterisk 1.8.1.1
Description:
1. Upgraded to Asterisk 1.8.1.1 from Asterisk 1.6.2.15.
2. All outgoing calls started to fail.
3. "ooh323 show" was not recognized as a valid command. Auto-complete
worked though.
4 Rebooted the system.

Vladimir,
unfortunatelly i see same result. There is no any packet from avaya side
other than setup.
I have additional assumption also. There is incorrect signalling packet
order from asterisk to avaya, first packet is call proceeding (it's
normal), second is alerting (normal but progress is more generic way),
third is progress and next packet is alerting again that is incorrect. I
think first alerting generate by FreePBX dial options "r". You can try to
remove "r" from "asterisk dial options" in FreePBX General settings then
signalling packet order will be more properly.
