Summary:                    OOH323 Outgoing Calls Fail with Asterisk 1.8.1.1
Description: 
1. Upgraded to Asterisk 1.8.1.1 from Asterisk 1.6.2.15.

2. All outgoing calls started to fail.

3. "ooh323 show" was not recognized as a valid command. Auto-complete
worked though.

4 Rebooted the system.

Vladimir, seems like avaya can't process properly packets from asterisk on
incoming to asterisk calls due to they come too fast without any delay and
waiting of responses from avaya. As I understand avaya drop TCS packet and
asterisk abort TCS exchange procedure  by timeout then drop call.
Latest svn codes contain fix of this trouble but there can be workaround
without code updates.
You can disable h.245 tunneling for avaya peer by h245tunneling=no in your
ooh323.conf (it's possible what you can disable this globally only, there
was bug about it which is fixed but i don't known from which version
asteriknow codes are built).
If tunneling will disabled any H.245 packets will go on additional tcp
connection which cause some delay in processing.
