Summary:                    [patch] func_odbc insertsql option may not work on
SQL_NODATA
Description: 
Figgured out why when UPDATE returned 0 Rows func_odbc saw this as a
failure
and returned no stmt

find a small patch attached to rectify this ...

SQL_NODATA was not taken into account as a valid return for SQLExecDirect
...
