Summary: DAHDI answer the calls in ringing
Description:
i have a problem in my digium DAHDI FXO card, the call trasferred to the
"answered" state once it go to the provider.
this problem is affecting the calls biiling of a2billing (the balance
decreased in ringing).

this is the output from the SIP trunk:

-- Called trunk288/0097338355682
-- SIP/trunk288-00000075 is making progress passing it to
SIP/100-00000074
    -- SIP/trunk288-00000075 answered SIP/100-00000074
    -- Packet2Packet bridging SIP/100-00000074 and SIP/trunk288-00000075

but the output from the DAHDI trunk:
Called g0/38355682
    -- DAHDI/1-1 answered SIP/100-00000073

notice the SIP call passed through "is making progress" but the PSTN call
is answered.

how can i fix this issue?

This appears to be a configuration problem relating to answer supervision.
That would not be an appropriate subject for the bug tracker.
