Summary: 'permit = x.x.x.x' lines in template get duplicated
in user sections
Description:
I have some IP restriction rules in my user template 'user-defaults' as
below. I put them in a user template to ease the management.

[user-defaults](!)
permit = 1.2.3.4
permit = 2.3.4.1
permit = 3.4.1.2
permit = 4.1.2.3

However, after I edit a user from GUI and press save, those rules got
multiply duplicated, which messes up user.conf with thousands of useless
lines. I have 22 'permit = x.x.x.x' lines in the user template, and 143
user sections which inherit this user template. However, after modifying a
user with GUI, it generates 18021 more lines in users.conf, roughly 126
lines per user. I had to edit user sections manually to avoid this issue.

Hello Fabien,

I didn't create such users with GUI. They were created by manually editing
users.conf like below:

[1234](user-defaults)
username = 1234
cid_number = 1234
mailbox = 1234
fullname = John Doe
context = DLPN_Test
callgroup = 1
pickupgroup = 1
nat = yes
hasvoicemail = no

For me, it does make life easier to use a user template. However, I'm not
the only one who's managing Asterisk configurations. Some of my people are
not very familiar with Linux console and editors. Therefore, they need to
make changes with GUI.
