Description: 
the asterisk guidelines specify a move from using call-limits to channel
groups this patch adds a "changroup" option to the queue that will set a
channel group
 memberbame at changroup when the call is answered.

Im killing this as its not needed this can and should be done in the
dialplan with the gosub/macro options to app queue.
