Summary:                    Caller ID is not stored or shown when calling from
dahdi extension.
Description: 
I have had this setup with Asterisk 1.6.2.9, 1.6.2.16, 1.6.2.16.1, and
1.8.2.2.  None of them show the Caller ID when calling from a dahdi
extension.  And when showing the dahdi channel at the CLI, it doesn't show
there is a Caller ID.

Sorry this has taken a bit to get back.  I am using Sangoma hardware.  I
have connected various types of analog phones and faxes to it, I wouldn't
expect them to make a difference and they don't.
