Summary:                    Missing MySQL table defintion for extensions
Description: 
There is no table definition for the dialplan table in the
contrib/realtime/mysql folder from the source tarball.

I hope the definition from
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+RealTime+Extensions will work
with 1.8 as well,
but i think it would make sense having it inside of the source tarball
too?!
