Summary:                    Crash on chan local
Description: 
Tested using Asterisk 1.4.39, 1.4.39.1 and latest SVN of 1.4.

I dial a Zap interface that forward to a Local channel, then Asterisk
crash.

If I change the Dial to an IAX2 or SIP account instead of Local, then all
work as expected.
