Summary:                    [patch] Deadlock with attended transfer of SIP call
Description: 
3 SIP phones.

A calls B, and B answers on line 1.
B puts A on hold by selecting line2.
B calls C, and C answers.
B initiates transfer of line1 to line2, phone uses REFER.

I'd seen '500 Internal Server Error' earlier today, when using XLITE 4.0

But for testing tonight I've been using 3 Grandstreams - GXP2000s, which
are working fine.

Looks like either my locking idea is wrong, or there's another underlying
issue.
