Summary: [patch] Caller ID Name always blank
Description:
I've run across an issue where the caller ID name is no longer shown on the
phone during incoming calls over our PRI. When trying to print
$CALLERID(name) in the dial plan, it is blank there as well.
The issue didn't occur until I updated libpri and asterisk. I've narrowed
down the issue to libpri and a previous issue:
https://issues.asterisk.org/bug_view_advanced_page.php?bug_id=17428
That ticket appears to note the same problem, but it doesn't appear to fix
my issue.

The issue18822_v1.4.11.5.patch file is for libpri v1.4.11.5.
The issue18822_v1.4.patch file is for libpri 1.4 branch.
The patch files add the ability to decode the ROSE calling name message
defined for the Q.SIG switch on the DMS-100 switch.
Is DMS100 the correct switch type to be using in your setup?
