Description: 
1.8 SVN iax call to 1.8.2.3 box is rejected.

reverting the 1.8SVN box back to 1.8.2.3 all is well again.

Have you tested with the 1.8.3-rc2 builds?  I ran into this issue about a
month ago when Digium upgraded there version of Asterisk.  I was running
1.8.0 and to upgrade to the latest 1.8 branch to fix it.
