This note is to confirm no bug like these under 1.4 as there was no
ast_obj2.c which was setting up and destroying objects.
vetal: Although this is not the place,
Download the .tar.gz file for asterisk-1.6.2.16.1 from asterisk.org, and
put it some place on your machine. (Probably in /usr/src/)
Download the patch for it from this ticket: (tag-1.6.2.16.1......)
cd to the directory where asterisk was extracted.
execute "patch -p0 < /path/to/tag-1.6.2.16.1......)
Now, you can configure, and make
