Summary:                    [patch] Enhancement to allow retreival from specific
parking lot
Description: 
Features already exist to allow parking in a specific parking context, but
if overlapping lot numbers are used, ParkedCall() will pick up the first
matching call.

This enhancement allows the parking context to be specified. This is
particularly useful for multi-tenant implementations.

Example: ParkedCall(700 at 1234)
